THOMAS A. FOLEY: For many clients that come into my office for the first time, a good percentage have never been in trouble before with the law. They can be devastated just by the fact that they've been charged and it's important that I understand that right away. But even though this big system is up against them, and they have a prosecutor and a police force, that there's going to be an attorney who's going to stand up immediately and level the playing field and make sure that they understand they're going to be okay.

THOMAS A. FOLEY: I handle any and all types of criminal cases that occur within Delaware, whether they be a felony or a misdemeanor or even a DUI or traffic case, that case is the single most important case to my client and to me.

THOMAS A. FOLEY: It's very important to make sure that you're clients' are treated with dignity. I really do spend a lot of time learning all about my clients before we even talk about the case. I sit down with them and just ask them about their life. I make a point of making sure the prosecutor understands that my client is a human being and my office does a great job of doing that.
